Our delivery drivers are highly trained in customer service and can handle both bulk and irregular paper deliveries with skill, care, and consideration. Going above and beyond is our goal.
Trustworthy and compliant
At Springfield, our drivers are thoroughly vetted.
They operate fully within BS 7858: 2012 regulations and are DBS checked. What we require from our drivers:
- Photo ID
- Full employment history checked.
- Signed confidentiality agreement.
- Financial credit checks
- Criminal record checks
- Character references
How eco-friendly are we?
With our own fleet of vans and lorries, we aim to deliver your paper supply within 48 hours of ordering.
48hrs gives us the time and flexibility to batch orders together and choose the most efficient route for minimal environmental impact. Our sustainable closed-loop recycling also means that we can deliver fresh paper and collect confidential waste on the same trip. This way we avoid idle journeys and minimise our carbon footprint.
Electric delivery vehicles
With new EV charging ports installed in our loading bay, we may not have electric delivery vehicles yet, but we are more than ready to make the change.
As specialists in supplying bulk paper orders, this often means delivering multiple pallets to our customers. Orders of this size require large lorries. Covering much of the south with a heavy payload is a challenge for electric vehicles as they stand currently.
We plan to reach net-zero carbon in the next few years. As soon as it is practical, we will go electric.
